Utopia writes, illustrates, voices and edits whole series of training videos, with your presenters and in your clients' languages. Companies get what they need to buy it: a contract to measure, invoices with their tax details, a data processing agreement and a person on our team who knows their projects.

What the company layer includes

• A contract to measure

  Yearly, with the credits or minutes of video agreed, or a price per finished minute for large orders.

• Company invoices

  With your company's name, tax ID and address. VAT by country, and reverse charge for EU companies with a valid VAT number. Contracts are invoiced monthly.

• Data protection

  A data processing agreement (GDPR, art. 28) that the account holder or the team's owner accepts in the app, with a copy to download.

Questions

Where are the data?

On Google Cloud, in the United States. Video, music and voice are generated in the United States or in other Google regions outside the EU, and today they cannot stay in the EU; the data processing agreement says so, with its safeguards. Google does not use your data to train its models.

Can I try it before signing?

Yes: ask for access and try it with free credits, and for larger projects we agree a pilot with you.

What about the EU AI Act?

Every exported video says in its metadata that it was made with AI, Veo's clips also carry SynthID, and you can add the EU's visible «AI GENERATED» label.

Who may use the faces and voices of my people?

Only you, with each person's consent, which the app asks you to confirm before using a real photo or cloning a voice. We process them only on your behalf.
