AI virtual production, from the script to the stage
For production companies, cinematographers and stages with an LED wall: the story you prepare in Utopia opens in Unreal Engine 5 and in Unity 6 as a sequence of shots, synced both ways, and the backgrounds for the LED wall come from the same app.
What you can do
Previs in one click
«Build the previs» reads the script and lays out the whole story in the engine for free: a camera per shot with its framing and move, the clips, the storyboard in panels and stand-ins for the cast.
Unreal and Unity, in sync
A Level Sequence in Unreal and a Timeline in Unity with the same tracks; the engine's renders come back to the app as the shot's clip.
The engine in your own words
«A close-up of shot 3 with a slow dolly, at sunset»: Gemini turns it into actions you review before they run, and in Unreal 5.8 your AI agent has the same tools.
Backgrounds for LED walls
Looping backgrounds from 32 seconds to 2 minutes, with keyframes you review before any video is made, a 720p draft and a 4K final.
How it's made
- Write or import the script and prepare the cast, the settings and the storyboard in the app.
- Install the Unreal Engine 5 plugin or the Unity 6 package with the app's step-by-step guide.
- Build the previs, adjust cameras and light in the 3D set or in the engine, and render.
- For the LED stage, choose the place, the direction and the length of the background, review the keyframes and make the loop in 4K.
Made with Utopia
The trailer «Your studio, from brief to delivery» shows the 3D set synced with Unreal; the others are Library films made with Utopia.

Your studio, from brief to deliveryAn ad from the Library from start to finish: the cast comes from the avatars by industry, cameras move on the 3D set synced with Unreal, the client comments and approves from a link, and it's delivered in four languages.

What it costs
The link with Unreal Engine and Unity comes with Estudio (€599 a month), and with Pro (€149) with the Plató virtual add-on (€99 a month). Building the previs uses no credits; LED backgrounds and video shots use the plan's credits. Prices exclude VAT.
What it doesn't replace
Utopia prepares the story, the previs and the backgrounds; it doesn't replace the stage crew or the LED wall's calibration, and generated backgrounds are checked on the volume before the shoot like any other content.
Frequently asked questions
- Which versions of Unreal and Unity work?
- Unreal Engine 5 and Unity 6, with their plugins. Orders through an AI agent inside the editor need Unreal Engine 5.8.
- What resolution are the LED backgrounds?
- The draft comes at 720p to check the movement and the final at 4K, in an MP4 that loops with no visible seam. They last from 32 seconds to 2 minutes.
- Does it help to pitch a project or raise funding?
- Yes: a teaser or a previs with the film's cast and light helps show the project before it is filmed.
