AI training videos for your staff
Health and safety, customer service, onboarding, compliance: Utopia turns your course content into videos with a story, characters whose faces don't change and the key message at the end. No shoot, no actors and no waiting weeks for a production company.
What you can do
Dramatised cases
A real situation at your company told with characters: good and bad practice, a difficult conversation or an accident that could have been avoided. The training template builds the script around what the learner must take away.
A presenter who stays the same
Pick an avatar from the Library (fictional people with a voice in English, Spanish and Catalan) or create your own. You hear and approve the whole text before any video is made.
Whole series in batches
With the Series add-on, each row of a sheet is a video, with the same presenter, voice, titles and your logos, and a review queue for your team.
In every office's language
Subtitles translated into 37 languages, Catalan, Basque and Galician included, and dubbed versions that reuse the shots without dialogue.
How it's made
- Pick a training template (case study, good and bad practice, micro-lesson, conversation or presenter) and paste the course content or your script.
- The app writes the script to fit each shot and creates the characters and settings; you review them.
- Every shot is tried first as a cheap draft, and you only pay final quality for what you approve.
- Export an MP4 or a SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package for your e-learning platform, with subtitles.

What it costs
The Creador plan (€49 a month) gives about 2.2 minutes of finished video a month; Pro (€149), about 7. For series, the Series add-on costs €99 a month and includes 120 minutes of finished video every month. Every paid plan starts with a free 18-day trial. Prices exclude VAT.
Subsidised training, and what we don't do
The videos are teaching material for your course. In Spain, FUNDAE's company training scheme counts teaching media and materials among a training action's direct costs; what you can claim in your case is for your training organiser or adviser to confirm. Utopia doesn't process the subsidy or teach courses: it makes the videos. And if your course needs a technical or medical animation exact to the millimetre, a specialised animation studio is the better choice.
Frequently asked questions
- Can these videos be used in a course subsidised by FUNDAE?
- Yes, as teaching material for the training action. Your company or its training organiser manages the subsidy with FUNDAE and decides which costs are claimed under the rules of company training. Utopia gives you the videos, the subtitles and the SCORM package; it doesn't process the subsidy.
- Do I need actors or photos of my staff?
- No. You can use the Library's avatars of fictional people, which need no consent. If you want someone from your company to appear, you need their written consent to use their face and voice; the data processing agreement (DPA) explains how we handle that data.
- How long does a training video take?
- A video of a couple of minutes can be ready in an afternoon, with one person directing and reviewing each shot. A long series depends on how many videos it has and on your team's review rounds.
- Will people know it was made with AI?
- Every exported video says in its metadata that it was made with AI, and you can add the EU's visible «AI GENERATED» label, as the EU AI Act asks for realistic content you publish. In the realistic styles the app takes care of skin, light and grain so it looks filmed, and a consistency adviser warns you if a face or a garment changes between shots.
