Utopia Dreams VFX
From an idea to a finished short film, with AI.
Utopia Dreams VFX is a web app for planning, writing, illustrating and producing short videos with generative AI. Describe your idea in a chat and the app plans the story, creates the characters, settings and storyboard, generates the images and video clips, and lets you finish everything in an editor.
The app is in beta: it's free and access is by request. Ask for an account on the sign-in page and our team will review it.
What you can do
Story chat
Describe your idea and the assistant proposes a plan with the style, length, scenes and estimated credits. With one click it creates the whole story, explaining each step and fixing problems along the way.
Characters, settings and props
Each element has a description and a reference image that you can generate, upload from your computer or import from Google Photos or Google Drive.
Storyboard
Scenes with image and video prompts, voiceover, dialogue and camera movement. Edit, reorder or regenerate any scene.
Images and video with AI
Images with Google's Gemini models (Nano Banana) and video clips with Veo. You choose the models and see the credits each generation uses before confirming.
Editor and export
A timeline with voiceover and music, and export to several video formats, and Unreal Engine and Unity kept in sync with the story in both directions.

- There is a free plan with 300 credits a month and three paid plans: Creador (€49 a month), Pro (€149 a month) and Estudio (€599 a month), which make about 2.2, 7 and 28.2 minutes of finished film a month, 17 % off when paid yearly. Each paid plan starts with a free trial of 18 days, once per person, which you can cancel in one click before the first charge. Usage credits that never expire can also be bought, and the models from other companies (not Google) come in an add-on for the paid plans, one payment of €29. Each AI call spends credits by model and quality, and drafts cost far less than the final take. Prices without VAT.

Your Google Account, Google Photos, Google Drive and YouTube
Sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and profile picture only to identify your account.
Import from Google Photos. Wherever you can add an image, you can choose «Import from Google Photos». Google asks for your permission and opens its own picker, where you choose one photo. The app only receives that photo, never the rest of your library, and saves a copy in your project to use as a reference image for characters, settings, props, scenes or the style of your story.
Import from Google Drive. Next to each upload you can choose «From Google Drive» to bring an image, a voice to clone, a screenplay or a scene's dialogue. Google asks for your permission and opens its own picker, which only lists the kind of file needed there. The app can only open the file you pick, never the rest of your Drive, and uses it like a file from your computer.
Upload to YouTube. In the Editor, «Upload to YouTube» sends the finished movie to the channel you choose, with the title, description and visibility you write. The video goes straight from your browser to YouTube, and the app can't see or change your other videos.
Team meetings on Google Meet. In the team window, a member can create a meeting: the app adds the event with its Meet link to their Google Calendar and invites the team. Afterwards it can bring in Meet's transcript, have the AI summarize it and save the summary as a Google Doc in their Drive, shared with the guests. The app only sees the files it creates in Drive.
The app only asks for each permission («See selected photos and videos from Google Photos», «Manage your YouTube videos», and for meetings Google Calendar, Google Meet and Drive) when you use the option. The access token stays in your browser for at most one hour, and you can revoke access at any time in your Google Account. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
